About FCS

Fidelity Contract Services, Inc. was originally incorporated in 1985 and is located in Puyallup, Washington. We are independently owned and operated. We service accounts throughout the country.

Our staff has real estate experience ranging from 12 years to 36 years. Staff background experience includes finance companies, title companies, commercial banks, escrow officers, mortgage brokers and contract purchasing companies.

Our customers vary from individual note holders, investment companies (who purchase real estate contracts and trust deeds), small individual investors and large individual investors with many accounts. We also have sub-servicing agreements in place with escrow companies, investment companies, "hard money" lenders and commercial banks.
